Can I initiate an exchange for my items?
Absolutely! Unused items that are still in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the return process and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly. At this time we do not offer refunds.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? 
No, it is not required to create an account. We offer the option to place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account as it provides added benefits. Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders above 250AED, otherwise shipping will cost 20AED within the Emirate of Dubai. If ordering from any other Emirate within the UAE, or internationally, please contact us for shipping details.
