Absolutely! Unused items that are still in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team. No, it is not required to create an account. We offer the option to place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account as it provides added benefits. Shipping is free for all orders above AED 250 within the Emirate of Dubai.
For orders below AED 250, a flat rate of AED 20 applies.

If you’re ordering from other Emirates within the UAE, a flat shipping rate of AED 20 applies.

For GCC countries, the following rates apply:
- Kuwait: AED 70 flat rate
- Qatar: AED 70 flat rate
