Are Bellamun products natural?
when possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

What does “clean” mean?
our products do not contain animal oils, parabens or gluten, along with a long list of over 1,600 other ingredients banned under regulation (ec) no 1223/2009 in the european union.

Are Bellamun products vegan?
Many our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin. Vegan products will be clearly labelled.

Are Bellamun products safe for all skin types?
All products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website.

Does Bellamun Products use parabens, phthalates & sulfates?
Our Products do not use parabens, phthalates and sulfates in any of our products.

Can I track the status of my order? 
Absolutely! We prioritise keeping you informed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to easily monitor the status of your order at any time.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We offer a range of convenient payment options. You can securely make purchases using all major credit cards and Cash on delivery.

Can I modify or add to my order? 
Certainly! You have the flexibility to make changes or add to your order before it ships. Simply reach out to us during this time, and we will be happy to assist you with any modifications to your order.

Can I initiate an exchange for my items?
Absolutely! Unused items that are still in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the return process and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? 
No, it is not required to create an account. We offer the option to place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account as it provides added benefits. By creating an account, you can easily track and review your purchase history from your personalised account dashboard, offering you a more convenient shopping experience.

What is the estimated delivery time for my items? 
Generally, you can expect your items to arrive within 1-2 business days.

Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders above 250AED, otherwise shipping will cost 20AED within the Emirate of Dubai. If ordering from any other Emirate within the UAE, or internationally, please contact us for shipping details.
